• You must start this process at the MVA and be told by the MVA that you must complete this program.

• This course is required if you currently have a driver's license from another country that is not considered a United States territory.

• Persons who currently possess a driver's license from another state in the United States, a U.S. territory, Canada, or the Yukon territory do not have to take this program.

• You will complete this course online first and then schedule your in-person final exam.
