Who: Individuals currently possess a driver's license from another country or currently possess an Armed Forces License only.

• Note that persons who currently possess a driver's license from another state in the United States, a U.S. territory, Canada or the Yukon territory do not have to attend this program.

Completion: The completion certificate will be submitted online electronically at the end of the course.

Important:
Before enrolling, you must first visit the MVA and be informed that this course is required for you. You must have a Maryland state id in order to take this course with Best Driving Academy. The number contained on your state id we need to submit your completion.
